I helped contribute to the Marketing Committee in the year 2010-2011 through presentation, involvement, and promotion of Glenelg's GT Internship/Mentorship program to under classmen. In the end of the first quarter I presented my project with a powerpoint and professional attire to Mrs. Feagan's 6th perdiod biology GT class in which many freshmen and sophmores became interested in considering the program in their future. I attended Community Information night on December 7 in an attempt to inform other people at Glenelg of the Mentorship program. I also attended the GHS Student Learning Conference on April 27 where I helped promote the mentorship program to those interested while also supporting my peers with my presence and encouragment. I handed out several packets earlier this year for mentorship application and pointed several students towards Mr. Ashcraft for questions and more information.
