Bibliography: Juveniles

Throughout the last ten years, the rate of juveniles in adult jails have declined. Men are the leaders in jail; however, women are increasing their rates of becoming convicts. This shows that young men and women in this era, are learning to change their ways. Men have always been the ones who commit the most crimes, but hopefully in the future, there will be less crime and convicts.
