Bibliography: Marsh v. State of Maryland
This case was very intriguing, on June 28, 1971, a man of the name, Guy Gordon Marsh, was tried and then convicted of the murder of Charles Erdman, a customer inside a Glen Burnie 7-11 (on Crain Highway near Aquahart Road). This is a great example of how the law system has been and still is very corrupt. The county police pressured a heroine addict, Linda Packech, to testify and finger Marsh. Instead of proving if Marsh was guilty or innocent, the police just ASSUMED that Marsh was guilty. In conclusion, for their negligence, Marsh served 14 long years in a federal jail for something he didn't do. Do you think that is fair?
