Welcome to my Mentorship Portfolio

      My name is Katie Pindell. I'm a senior at Glenelg High School, and this is my first year in the Intern/Mentorship Program. This past summer I completed an internship at Springfield Hospital Center examining correlations between mental illness and crime as well as mental illness and substance abuse. My project this year is a continuation of the work I did last year in the Independent Research class, and my findings will culminate in a research paper explaining my findings.
