My final project is going to be a class seminar with a fellow class mate of mine David Trusty. We are going to be talking about assets vs. liabilities, the meaning of trust but verify, how to get into property management, what it takes to be successful in property management, how different people look at real estate.

We are also going to be talking about an experiment i did first hand account. "How to make 1000 free Dollars!"
