It shows that because there are more people putting animals in shelters rather than take them out, there is limited room in shelters. This article would be good for a researcher, researching why some animal shelter are not no-kill shelters.

Where as the shelter is now facing limited spaces because of the amount of animals that are being brought in. This would be a good article to read for someone who is researching about the economy and it't affects.
